What is your motivation in work?
My motivation in work comes from a desire to contribute positively to the success of the team and the organization, continuously improving and overcoming challenges. It’s about making a meaningful impact, learning from every experience, and striving to do better each day.
How is your experience working with the company?
SHIN-EI is a leading company in automotive parts manufacturing and a hub for production knowledge. It is equipped with advanced machinery, tools, and inspection equipment. The company offers an excellent work environment, with supportive colleagues and supervisors.The company also provides the opportunities to travel abroad to enhance knowledge.
